Hi, I’m Chris

I am a REPS level 3 qualified personal trainer, fitness model and sponsored athlete. I am 29 years old. I am based in Reading, Berkshire. People will tell you I’m a cheerful and happy person who loves to meet new people. Helping people achieve their goals is an important part of my journey. I have worked with a wide range of people, all having different goals, abilities and starting points. Fitness is a huge part of my life. I have always competed in sports since I was 5 years old. Football being my main sport until the age of 21, playing for Reading academy as a young boy. My greatest achievement was winning the English Schools Trophy at the age of 15.

I started working out in the gym at the age of 18. I have always been focused on my goals and ambitions and have stayed committed to myself. I love to keep myself fit and healthy, working out makes me feel good within myself and maintaining a healthy diet also helps me achieve my goals.

Over the years of training I have learnt a lot and my aim is to pass as much information on to my clients as possible directing them to the right direction to succeed and live a happier life.
